Privacy policy

1. Who this covers

This policy explains how Vicious Studio (“Vicious Studio,” “we”) collects and uses personal information through vicious.studio, our email list, our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and our lead forms. Vicious Studio is a branding studio based at 368 Broadway, Suite 203, New York, NY.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, and any answers you submit in a form, including forms on Instagram or Facebook.
  • Fit check answers: if you take the fit check at vicious.studio/assessment, your product stage, launch timing, budget range, whether you own the brand, and product category.
  • Information from bookings: details you enter when you schedule a call.
  • Information from your browser: pages viewed, device and browser type, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel.

3. How we use it

  • To send you what you asked for, such as a worksheet or guide.
  • To send emails about our work, offers, and resources. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To respond to you and run calls you book.
  • To decide whether a call is a fit and show you the right next step after the fit check.
  • To measure and improve our website and ads.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the studio, and only for the purposes above:

  • Mailchimp (email)
  • Meta (ads, lead forms, the Meta Pixel, and the Conversions API)
  • Webflow (website hosting and forms)
  • Scheduling tools such as Calendly and Google Calendar
  • Google Workspace (storing fit check and booking records)

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. Cookies, the Meta Pixel, and the Conversions API

Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

When you finish the fit check, share your email, book a call, or a call you booked becomes a proposal or a project, our server also tells Meta that the action happened, through Meta’s Conversions API. It sends your email address and name in hashed (scrambled) form, along with browser identifiers, so Meta can measure which ads work. Your fit check answers and budget are never sent to Meta.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you remain on our email list or while we have a working relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
  • Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right not to have your information sold. We do not sell it.

To make a request, email bevicious@vicious.studio.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
